Medication management and follow-up visits are designed for established patients receiving ongoing care through Virtuous Nursing Care who would benefit from continued monitoring, treatment review, or supportive follow-up.

Need follow-up support after starting a new medication or making a recent treatment change
Would benefit from reviewing symptom progress, treatment response, or side effects

Anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood, or other mental health symptom follow-up

Follow-up visits are for established patients who have previously completed a comprehensive evaluation with Virtuous Nursing Care. These appointments allow us to review symptoms, monitor progress, evaluate treatment response, discuss concerns, and make adjustments to your care plan when clinically appropriate.

Patients enrolled in the Metabolic Wellness Continuity Program should schedule visits according to program instructions rather than selecting this appointment type.

Severe or urgent symptoms should be addressed through emergency services or urgent medical care.

Visit content may vary based on available appointment time, complexity, and clinical appropriateness.

Follow-up visit fees are based on visit length and complexity, with pricing clearly outlined before scheduling. Superbills may be available for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
