This visit focuses on lifestyle optimization, preventive health planning, and personalized wellness guidance to support long-term health and overall well-being. During the appointment, Dr. Albert conducts a comprehensive review of your medical history, current symptoms, lifestyle habits, nutrition patterns, sleep quality, stress levels, and overall health goals.
Based on this assessment, patients receive individualized recommendations related to nutrition, physical activity, metabolic health, and sustainable lifestyle changes to support improved energy, overall wellness, and long-term preventive care.
When clinically appropriate, diagnostic laboratory testing may be ordered and/or reviewed to help identify potential contributors to fatigue, metabolic concerns, or nutrient deficiencies. These tests are typically completed through outside laboratories or diagnostic facilities, and associated costs are billed separately by those organizations and are not included in the visit fee.
