Services include comprehensive primary care–based mental health evaluations, targeted symptom evaluations, medication management, and medication + medical review visits, as well as preventive care consultations and wellness-focused support. Each visit is structured to provide a thorough assessment, thoughtful treatment planning, and collaborative decision-making.   • $175 | 60 minutes

    This visit focuses on lifestyle optimization, preventive health planning, and personalized wellness guidance to support long-term health and overall well-being. During the appointment, Dr. Albert conducts a comprehensive review of your medical history, current symptoms, lifestyle habits, nutrition patterns, sleep quality, stress levels, and overall health goals.

    Based on this assessment, patients receive individualized recommendations related to nutrition, physical activity, metabolic health, and sustainable lifestyle changes to support improved energy, overall wellness, and long-term preventive care.

    When clinically appropriate, diagnostic laboratory testing may be ordered and/or reviewed to help identify potential contributors to fatigue, metabolic concerns, or nutrient deficiencies. These tests are typically completed through outside laboratories or diagnostic facilities, and associated costs are billed separately by those organizations and are not included in the visit fee.

Insurance & Superbills

This practice does not bill insurance directly. However, a superbill may be provided upon request for patients who wish to submit claims to their insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Good Faith Estimate

In accordance with federal regulations, patients who are uninsured or not using insurance have the right to request a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected costs of services.

Accessible Care Initiative

At Virtuous Nursing Care, we believe that access to high-quality, compassionate care should not be limited by financial barriers. The Accessible Care Initiative was created to support individuals who may benefit from reduced-fee services while maintaining the integrity and sustainability of our practice.

A limited number of reduced-fee appointments are available for patients experiencing financial hardship. These appointments are offered at a discounted rate and are reserved for individuals who meet eligibility criteria based on income or financial circumstances.

    • Discounts are applied to select visit types, including follow-up appointments and limited initial evaluations

    • Sliding scale rates are determined based on individual financial need

    • Availability is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis

    Patients may be asked to complete a brief self-attestation form and, in some cases, provide supporting documentation to confirm eligibility.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee.
