Experience Supporting Residential Care Teams
Dr. Kelly Albert, CNP, brings a background in both clinical practice and healthcare education, with experience supporting patients across medical and mental health settings.
Her work includes providing care, oversight, and training in environments serving individuals with complex medical and behavioral needs, as well as collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support safe, coordinated care.
In addition to her clinical experience, Dr. Albert has served in nursing education roles, including training students from the CNA through the BSN level. This includes experience teaching core clinical concepts, medication safety, documentation standards, and patient assessment, with a focus on building confidence and practical decision-making skills.
This combined experience allows her to effectively support residential care staff by translating clinical concepts into clear, actionable guidance that aligns with real-world care environments.
